Chef Tony Mantuano, author and chef of Chicago’s Spiaggia, Cafe Spiaggia and Bar Toma, will be demonstrating how to successful transform your pantry into a variety of Italian specialties inspired with creativity and innovation. We will be featuring pickling vegetables, fresh pasta preparation, balsamic and honey tastings and much more.

LITTLE CHEFS TAKE OVER DOWNTOWN DISNEY. We have just the thing for the burgeoning chef in your family this summer. We will be hosting a three-part Kids Cooking Class. The class will feature fun and unique cooking skills and make memories that will last a lifetime. The extraordinary chefs of Fulton’s Crab House, Portobello Restaurant and Wolfgang Puck Café will walk through a full demonstration at each location including Fulton’s mini crab cake, Portobello’s ravioli gigante, and Wolfgang Puck’s dessert sushi. The Kids Cooking Class is 37.00 per child and available for children ages 6-12. To register, call 407-828-8996.

Local beers from the Orlando Brewing, Florida’s only certified organic brewery. The ingredients used in crafting these ales are grown without insecticides, bioengineering, or irradiation and are officially certified Organic by the USDA. These beers are the only ones declared “Fresh From Florida” by the State’s Department of Agriculture. We will be featuring these outstanding local beers for the month of April to celebrate the freshness of Spring. Come and can taste the difference.

Portobello restaurant is embracing meatball mania, offering a crave-worthy and affordable assortment of meatball sliders perfectly paired with local and organic beers. The Meatball Bar pays homage to the classic Italian dish, offering four varieties of meatball. The menu showcases Beef & Veal with Parsley, Spicy Pork, Chicken with Sage, and Salmon with Tarragon. Each slider is served on a soft mini bread roll, topped with tomato basil sauce and freshly grated Parmigianino cheese. Portobello will also offer locally brewed and organic beers at the Meatball Bar, hand selected to complement your menu selection. The refreshing options include European Pilz, Olde Pelican E.P.A. and Blackwater Porter.
