Biramisu at Portobello
With the inspiration of Chef Tony Mantuano, Chef/Partner at Spiaggia, and the collaboration of Portobello Executive Chef, Steven Richard, they have created an innovative dessert called biramisu. The biramisu is Portobello’s very own variation of the traditional tiramisu. It incorporates a local organic porter from Orlando Brewing in a one of a kind dessert that I am sure you will agree is uniquely superb.
