Celebrity Beer Dinner
Portobello welcomes Chicago Chefs Tony Mantuano and Sarah Grueneberg for an exclusive Beer Dinner. Portobello’s Executive Chef Steven Richard has teamed up with Spiaggia Chefs Mantuano and Grueneberg to create a four-course, trattoria-inspired menu with perfectly paired brews. The evening begins at 6:30 p.m. with a reception and dinner at 7 p.m. Cost is $59.95 per person, plus tax and service.
Guests will have the opportunity to interact with Chef Mantuano, a collaborator with Portobello and known for his role on Bravo's Top Chef Masters season two, and Chef Grueneberg, Spiaggia’s Executive Chef and current cheftestant on “Top Chef: Texas."

Enjoy an array of mouthwatering Meatball Sliders & locally brewed Italian beers. Need a break from the heat and summer crowds? Pull up a seat at Portobello’s all new Meatball Bar! Portobello restaurant is embracing meatball mania, offering a crave-worthy and affordable assortment of meatball sliders perfectly paired with local and organic beers. The Meatball Bar pays homage to the classic Italian dish, offering four varieties of meatball. The menu showcases Beef & Veal with Parsley, Spicy Pork, Chicken with Sage, and Salmon with Tarragon. Each slider is served on a soft mini bread roll, topped with tomato basil sauce and freshly grated Parmigianino cheese. Portobello will also offer locally brewed and organic beers at the Meatball Bar, hand selected to complement your menu selection. The refreshing options include European Pilz, Olde Pelican E.P.A. and Blackwater Porter.
