Wine Down Wednesdays

Join us for Wine Down Wednesdays to savor wines from various Northern regions of Italy.
Esperto Pinot Grigio, Venezie - A crisp, modern twist on this classic grape, imparting fresh fruit aromas and a delicate palate.

Monsanto Monrosso Chianti, Toscana - Delightfully fruity, fresh with a medium body matured in Slavonian oak barrels.

Cappezana Barco Real, Carmignano - A blend of Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon that portrays purple and ruby red shades with an aroma that is sweet, elegant and very intense with light fruity tones of oak.

Enjoy these great wines for half price by the bottle or by the glass or enjoy a flight including all three for $10.

Our chef has selected an imported cheese assortment as the perfect compliment for these wines for just $5 every Wednesday for lunch and dinner.

Festa Birra Promotion

We are offering unique Italian made handcrafted beers for the true connoisseurs! Master Brewers have contributed to the great success of these distinctive beers by choosing the best traditional recipes, creating genuine beers of very high quality:

This Month’s Feature

Lazio Re Ale Extra is a pilser malt from Birra del Borgo in Borgorose, Italy. Amber in colour with a small creamy foam. In the nose hoppy notes explode which is reinforced by the use of dry-hopping. Grapefruit, bitter orange, mandarin, resinous and spicy notes are perfectly married with caramel and honey notes coming from the malts. Initially very dry and hoppy-bitter on the palate, but after a few seconds all the fruity and estery notes are exploding in the mouth. It boasts a strong finish with distinct resinous peppery notes. It contains malts from munich, crystal, and dark wheat with a primary fermentation of twenty days. It is unfiltered and unpasteurized and all hops are added during the last ten minutes of boil.

The Brewery

Birra del Borgo is located in the Italian region of Lazio in the suburbs of Rome. Birra Del Borgo was founded in May of 2005 not too far away from Italy’s capital Rome. Leonardo di Vincenzo was originally trained in biochemisrty but started brewing beer as a hobby during his college years. Leonardo’s main inspiration comes from English and Belgian beers and his main goal when brewing a beer is to solve the riddle between using unusual ingredients and creating perfect food pairings.

Served in a souvenir bottle $11.95
